We inform you that in order to fulfill the objectives stated in this privacy notice, in some cases cases we will collect and handle some personal data deemed as “sensible”, such as Nationality, Gender, age, personal address, personal number.
We are committed to keep those data under our strictest security measures to guarantee the confidentiality of such data.
You have the rights to access your personal data we keep and the details of their use, at the same time you can request those to be rectified if they are inaccurate or incomplete. You can request to cancel them if you consider those not needed for the purposes stated in this Privacy Notice, or if they are being used for other purposes not consented, or if the contractual or service relationship has ended. You can as well oppose to the use of those for specific intents.

The timelines to address your request are as follow:
- Within two working days after receiving the request email with information stated above, an acknowledge email will be sent back to the sender
- If the information received is not complete or accurate, or if a clarification is required, a email will be sent back requesting information and/or clarification needed.
- Within the acknowledge email a target date for completion will be indicated. Such date should not be longer than 30 working days from the acknowledge date.
- Once a modification is complete a confirmation email will be sent to the requestor

In this regard, if you are a collaborator or consultant of ours your information may be shared with our current and potential customers with the purpose of promoting your participation in projects granted to us.
We commit ourselves to not transfer your personal data to third parties without your consent, save those exceptions declared in 37th article of “Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares”, and do this transfer in the terms stated by that law.
